Booking

A booking is confirmed once you see the confirmation page and receive the confirmation e-mail. Prices shown are paid at the shop.

Cancellation

You can cancel online free of charge up to 12 hours before your appointment. After that, please call the shop.

Arriving late or not coming

Please arrive on time. If you cannot come, cancel in advance so the time can be offered to someone else. Repeated no-shows may lead to your account being restricted.

Changes by the shop

If the shop has to cancel your appointment, you will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible.
